OFY.PipelineAZ is a FREE career matching and exploration tool designed with a focus on the Opportunities for Youth (OFY) community!

By linking into this URL (https://OFY.Pipelineaz.com) young people and their allies will find facilitated connections to job and training exploration/matching AND real-time connections to local employers, along with tools and ongoing support for case managers and career navigators. 

For Young People:

Use this platform to assess your skills and interests, match with relevant career opportunities, and explore education and career pathways to get you where you want to go in life. You can apply for open jobs, register for paid apprenticeships and other pre-work experiences, including sponsored WIOA Work Experiences (WEX) or Work-based Learning (WBL).

For Employers:

Use this platform to highlight open positions, career paths, and recruitment or other events. You can showcase your company's benefits and include employee success stories. This technology supports job and career matching with the job seekers interests.
