**Job Title: Electronics Technician (Weekend Shift)**

**Job Description**

The Electronics Technician is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing production units that have failed electrically on testers. This role includes leading and assisting in the calibration of inspection, testing, and measurement equipment. The technician is expected to provide formal documented First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for both customer and internal use. Additionally, the role involves supporting the design, manufacturing, and engineering teams in data collection, analysis, product review, and assessing process capabilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electrically failed production units.

+ Lead and assist in calibration of inspection, test, and measurement equipment.

+ Provide formal documented First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

+ Support design, manufacturing, and engineering teams with data collection and analysis.

+ Conduct product reviews and assess process capabilities.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in quality processes, multimeter usage, and precision measuring.

+ Electrical assembly experience.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience with power sources, power analyzers, and multimeters.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in charting and process control methods.

+ Ability to use precision measuring equipment like calipers, micrometers, and CMM.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

+ Proficient use of hand tools.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Work Environment**

This position operates on a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:20 PM, totaling 36 hours with potential for additional hours. The work involves using various precision and electrical equipment.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
