**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager within our Auto Group for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the West market as part of the Commercial Bank. **In this role, you will:**

+ Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional, with broad impact, and act as a key participant in overseeing lending activities for a wholesale banking business and geographic market

+ Review and research complex multifaceted, large scale, and long term business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

+ Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of commercial auto underwriting and franchised auto dealership finance industry experience

+ Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure within the for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B

+ Completion of a formal credit training program

+ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as, commercial lending and treasury management

+ Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships

+ Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth

+ Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

**Job Expectations:**

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

+ Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. **Pay Range**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
