**Responsibilities**
Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Imaging Tech II** to join our dynamic and growing Radiology team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including routine MRI and diagnostic radiographic procedures, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
+ Perform routine MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
+ Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, including basic trauma and fluoroscopic procedures in surgery.
+ Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions.
+ Position patients accurately and efficiently to obtain optimal images.
+ Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
+ Process and evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
+ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation by hospital policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
+ Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and regulations.
+ Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure continuous improvement in imaging services.
+ Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital and radiology department is required.
+ Must have satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or a BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school.
+ Cross-training in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography is required.
+ ARRT (national) License required.
+ CRT (state) and Fluoroscopy certification required.
+ Certification in one modality required.
+ Must maintain Fire Safety card.

**Pay Range**
$55.95 - $65.91 /hour
