+ The global Cybersecurity Infrastructure team designs, implements and operates the Information Systems Infrastructure empowering our Centers of Excellence, Managed Security Services and Hosted Services.
+ Perform Application and System administration tasks required to keep the Managed Security Services Centers and Cybersecurity Centers of Excellence operational at industry standard levels, with a focus on availability and security posture.
+ Develop and enhance architecture solutions, performance optimization and capacity planning of new infrastructure services to support a high-performance computing environment and ensure 99.9%+ uptime.
+ Participate in the maintenance and planning of the infrastructure used in the delivery of managed security services. Bring contributions throughout the lifecycle of hardware and software platforms, from planning & implementation to periodic updates & maintenance, to upgrades and decommissioning.
+ Work alongside System Architects, Developers and Engineering team members to provide infrastructure solutions for products and services. Help create Infrastructure solutions, documentation, and drawings for deployed environments.
+ Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external Customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
+ Stay up-to-date with technology. Adapt and quickly advance your technical skill-sets.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics or, in lieu of degree, 5 years of directly related experience.
+ Understanding of networking fundamentals, including network hardware, systems, protocols, and network management applications and tools.
+ 3+ years of experience in operational support of an Enterprise server ecosystem.
+ Experience with VMware vSphere virtualization technologies.
+ Familiarity with one or more of the following programming, scripting or configuration management languages: PowerShell, Python, Ansible.
+ Strong diagnostic and analytical skills including problem solving, troubleshooting, management of priorities. Self-direction to translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions.
