As Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards for our current products and processes as well as our new product introduction. You will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement efforts within the current processes and throughout the NPI process from concept to launch. Your expertise in quality engineering methodologies and tools will be essential in identifying and resolving quality issues. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager.
In this role, you will impact on the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

+ Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives
+ Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
+ Define and evaluate new processes as part of multifunctional team quality prospective
+ Conduct initial validations of products, processes, and equipment including FAI, PPAPs, TRuns and others as per customer requirement
+ Review and release new products and processes documentation as per requirements
+ Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for NPI process
+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and reliability
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
+ Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering in Electronic Industry.
+ Strong knowledge of SMT processes, and post-SMT processes for electronic products.
+ Strong knowledge of quality engineering methodologies and tools
+ Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
+ Experience in new product introduction quality related processes (APQP, PPAP, FAI, etc.)
+ Experience in contact with customers and suppliers
+ Demonstrate open, clear, concise, and professional communication (verbal and written)
+ Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers, co-workers and customers.
+ Strong knowledge of APQP
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Proactive
+ Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
+ Advanced English language.
