_You will report directly to our Sr Quality Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Chiahuahua location._

_In this role, you will impact product quality by identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction._

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_**

_Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards._

_Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement._

_Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions._

**_YOU MUST HAVE_**

_Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics._

_Experience in quality engineering or a related field._

_Strong analytical skills and attention to detail._

_Experience with quality management systems and tools such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies._

_Problem solving tools experience with Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment._

_Proficiency in statistical analysis software and quality control tools._

_Advanced English communication skills_

_Valid and current Visa_
