We are currently seeking a **Quality & Reporting Specialist** to provide leadership and assist direct report team members in the delivery of work to customers.
It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
+ Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager
+ General upkeep of Pacific Service Dashboard metrics
+ Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Intermediate to High computer skills
+ Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) – Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate
+ Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) –Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate
+ Competent with Microsoft Office applications
**Highly regarded**
+ Technical experience within Corrections
+ Relevant tertiary qualifications
