Honeywell is looking for an intern who will be trained as **Junior HR Generalist** for our Honeywell UOP site, based in **Reggio Calabria** .

The UOP Reggio Calabria plant is part of Honeywell’s Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business, which focuses on sustainability and energy transition in end markets that help reduce emissions and provide innovative sustainable solutions.

This role is part of our **University Relations** program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

The **Junior HR Generalist** is responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver and maintain programs which directly align with the achievement of business objectives of the plant. This position drives efforts in the areas of talent management, training, communication and recruiting.

• Support Human Resources core processes: training plan, employee engagement, recruiting and onboarding, succession planning & talent management

• Support the site HR Manager in front office with managers and employees.

• Support the site HR Manager to implement and execute HR Projects.

• Support local HR Manager in managing T&A & Payroll activities

• Delivering of local internal communication initiatives.

• Cooperate with the HR Centers of Excellence to support the delivery of administrative activities.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in law or similar fields with a focus on HR Management)

• Fluent in English and Italian and the knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

• Good relation and communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

• Customer orientation approach.

• Structured approach.
