As a Sr. Process Engineer ISC here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving process optimization and improvement in our Juarez location. You will be responsible for leading and implementing engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

_Key Responsibilities_
+ Lead and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and implement improvements
+ Conduct process analysis and optimization to identify areas for improvement
+ Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
+ Bachelor's degree in Industria, process or manufacturing Engineering or a related field
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
+ English Proficiency
+ Experience in Electronic Industry
+ Experience in NPI process
+ Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
+ Six Sigma certification or experience with Six Sigma methodologies
+ Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
