+ Develop new business opportunities by leveraging internal & external partners, prioritize opportunities, execute and convert it into real business

+ Be an expert with respect to the region, including focused market/Industry, product, technology and competitive landscape

+ Ability to brief and provide training to the customers in the region

Responsible for :

+ Fast-Paced, Semi-Autonomous Role, managing (planning and execution) all aspects of Channel Sales,Marketing, Customer service, Technology promotion & support and product delivery throughout the covered areas that requires significant level or business travel mostly domestic

+ Support existing customer base as well as qualify suitable new partners (OEM, Distributor and SI etc.)

+ Directly report to the country or APAC Sales Leader.

+ Directly measured by revenue target achievement and customer satisfaction.

+ Operate with a high level of integrity and adhere to company values.

+ Understand the growth strategy (STRAP) of the country and region, and execute it throughout the covered area.

**Education, Experience & Skills**

+ Bachelor's degree or above with strong technical background in field, such as computer or software, Automation Control or HVAC equipment etc.

+ 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Technical Support etc. functions

+ 8+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC equipment management, Automation Controls in Commercial or Industrial market etc.

+ A proficient understanding of software architecture concepts. Ability to explain them in both technical & general terms

+ Strong communication skills

+ Self-managed, good teamwork, proactive and strong execution

+ Customer driven and service attitude.

**Key Points**

+ Integration/Building Automation System (BAS) market or Industry background

+ About 5+ years of sales experience in Channel or Key Account management etc.

+ Technical support experience is preferred

+ Understand market technology, challenges & trends etc.

+ Passion for IOT technology

+ IT/Software background is a plus, Niagara FW experience is a plus.
