As a Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving order growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul location on an On-site work schedule.

Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive order growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving order growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Communication
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving order growth.
