Key Responsibilities
+ Operations Oversight: Manage overall operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
+ Service Support: Provide support for services operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Collaborate with service teams to enhance service offerings.
+ Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools, information, and resources to improve sales effectiveness.
+ Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication link between operations and sales teams, facilitating information sharing and collaboration to drive performance improvements.
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within operations and sales support, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
+ Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closing of complex projects. Develop detailed project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
+ Customer and Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Communicate effectively to identify needs, evaluate alternative business solutions, and promptly address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
+ Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual terms.
+ Change Control Management: Manage project changes using appropriate verification techniques. Document, review, and obtain approval for any changes from relevant stakeholders before implementation. Maintain a change log to track all requested, approved, and implemented changes.
+ Risk and Quality Management: Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize project risks and ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
+ Cost and Financial Control: Implement cost control measures to manage project expenditures effectively. Track and report on project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets. Monitor and control project costs to meet financial targets, prepare forecasts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
+ Team Management and Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign responsibilities, ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed, and conduct performance reviews.
+ New Opportunities: Support the P&E and sales account managers for the assigned opportunities with the effective optimisation of cost and execution model for securing the order.
+ Metrics Measurement and Reporting: Responsible for measuring and controlling project metrics, including quality, delivery, cost, and schedule. Submit project plans, progress reports, change requests, and documentation promptly.
+ Regular Communication: Conduct regular interactions and progress reporting, driving weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication regarding project status, expected risks, action plans, and escalations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering Delivery, Operations and P&E support.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems (hands-on experience in SAP preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in after-market services, agile methodologies, and digitalization projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• B.E, M.Sc., M.Eng. or equivalent
• PMP Certification
• Fluency in the English language
• Additional language skills are an advantage
