For our Field Service Engineering Team (Honeywell Building Solutions) based in Vallensbaek we are currently looking for a **Senior Field Service Supervisor.**
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
+ Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance
+ Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity
Service Delivery:
+ Oversee the planning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirements and service level agreements
+ Ensure the timely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues or delays as they arise
Customer Satisfaction:
+ Monitor and assess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to enhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.
Technical Support:
+ Provide technical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting with complex or escalated service issues
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Resource Management:
+ Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize service efficiency
+ Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inventory and equipment usage
Safety and Compliance:
+ Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment for the team
+ Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
