In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
+ 7+ years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
+ Strong experience working with agile methodologies and product release
+ Hand on experience with tools such as: Jira or Confluence
+ Certifications with Scrum, Safe or PMP as desirable
