**Tech Support Professional - hybrid**
As a **Tech Support Professional** at Honeywell, in **Warsaw** , you will be will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers. You will leverage your expertise to address and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our Regional Sales Manager **This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.**

• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalations
• Document and track technical issues and solutions effectively
+ 2 -3 years of experience in technical support role
+ Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
+ Engineer or master in Electronics, Electric, Automation
+ Fluent English and Polish, German is a big plus **We offer:**
