Under the direction of the Repwest Claims Program Manager, the Business Analyst facilitates communication, analyzes processes, and audits files to support business operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic improvements across the organization.

This is a fully onsite position at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities (Note: Key Responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary):

+ Translate letters and other documents from English to Spanish to support bilingual communication.

+ Participate in audits of Field Claims Offices as directed.

+ Prepare and present reports as needed.

+ Work on special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills:

+ Ability to assess business challenges and identify solutions.

+ Strong written and verbal communication, including English-to-Spanish translation.

+ Understanding of insurance regulations and audit processes.

+ Familiarity with business intelligence tools, reporting software, and database management.

+ Ability to multitask and keep detailed documentation.

+ Identify deadlines and prioritize workload.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Advance knowledge of Excel.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
