Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and possess strong communication skills to assist homeowners with various inquiries and needs. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to homeowners, ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Respond to a wide range of inbound customer requests, including website support, escrow inquiries, payoff processing, and more.
• Identify homeowners eligible for refinancing opportunities and refer them to the Originations department.
• Conduct outbound collections activities for accounts less than 30 days delinquent, occasionally handling accounts with higher levels of delinquency.
• Analyze and escalate calls appropriately by routing them dynamically to relevant internal teams based on inquiry type.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance expectations related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Utilize proprietary software platforms, offering feedback and recommendations to improve system functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company goals and values. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Prior experience in mortgage servicing, including areas such as property tax, property insurance, collections, or customer service, is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• Flexible availability to work varying hours, from part-time to long-term schedules.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to adapt to diverse personality types.
• Willingness to learn and navigate proprietary servicing software.
• Background in mortgage servicing within a call center environment is highly valued, though general mortgage servicing or call center experience will also be considered. TalentMatch®
