Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a Contract-to-long-term position, offering the opportunity to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or service needs.

• Coordinate closely with administrative and service teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences.

• Provide valet services as needed while maintaining excellent customer interaction.

• Answer inbound calls professionally and address customer concerns promptly.

• Manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.

• Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Schedule appointments efficiently to accommodate customer needs and business operations.

• Process order entries accurately and follow up on any discrepancies.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Support both inbound and outbound call operations to maintain consistent communication with customers. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing call center operations.

• Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively.

• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.

• Demonstrated experience with order entry and resolving customer issues.
