**About the role**
The Data Center Technical Program Manager will focus on the management and optimization of critical Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure projects for data centers. This includes providing essential support to the Senior Technical Program Managers, helping to coordinate and complete initiatives related to existing M&E systems, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the long-term success of established data centers.
**What you’ll do**
+ Support senior TPMs in the planning, execution, and monitoring of M&E product lifecycle programs data centers.
+ Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures.
+ Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
+ Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
+ Collect, coordinate, and analyze data related to M&E product performance, operational metrics, and vendor information.
+ Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
+ Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
+ Collaborate with the core team to develop solutions and manage the project team through implementation and completion.
+ Present routine reports, including status reports and updated Gant charts.
+ Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Assist in maintaining product specifications, technical documentation, and best practices for M&E systems in brownfield data centers.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information.
+ Assist with vendor correspondence, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables related to brownfield M&E product orders and services.
+ Solve outstanding problems using standard and innovative solutions having broad impact on the business. Use innovative methods to think beyond existing solutions.
**What you’ll need**
+ • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, or CMM preferred.
+ A foundational understanding in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, particularly those found in data centers or critical infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, UPS, generators, cooling).
+ Basic understanding of data center operations or critical facilities is helpful.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of
+ Microsoft Office products or Google Suite products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Ability to solve outstanding problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
