**Role Summary**

The Senior Production Planning and Control Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing production plans to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency in the manufacturing of semiconductor components.

This role acts as a bridge between supply chain, operations, engineering, and business units to align capacity, resources, and demand forecasts.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Primary Focus:** Demand-to-supply alignment, scheduling, capacity planning

**2.** **Core Objective:** Ensure optimal material and production plans to meet customer demand on time

**3.** **Planning & Scheduling:** Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS), line loading, capacity, and material planning

**4.** **Inventory Management:** Optimize raw materials, WIP, finished goods inventory levels, and period cost (PC)

**5.** **Resource & Capacity Management:** Analyze long-term capacity needs and work with teams to align supply with demand

**6.** **Execution & Shop Floor Control:** Monitor production adherence to plan and adjust schedules when needed

**7.** **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Collaborate with Production, Engineering, SCM, and Quality on forecasting and readiness

**8.** **Systems & Tools:** Use ERP (SAP Prefer), MES (AGS APG MES Prefer), Advanced Planning System (APS), Excel, Power BI, and Tableau tools for forecasting, planning, and reporting.

**9.** **KPI Ownership:** On-Time-Delivery (OTD), inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization.

**10.** **Continuous Improvement:** Lead planning process optimization, scheduling automation, Lean material flow

+ Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

**Business Expertise**

+ Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function

**Leadership**

+ Lead planners and analysts, support strategic initiatives like Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

+ Lead company-wide decision making processes in a top business aspects level, while providing holistic view and wide understanding skills.

**Problem Solving**

+ Resolve issues related to plan execution, bottlenecks, and material shortages

**Impact**

+ Drives long-term planning and alignment with business objectives

+ Escalates capacity, supply constraints, and forecast shifts

**Interpersonal Skills**

+ Influences others internally and externally, including senior management

+ Able to convince and navigate all the operations units to the right direction, accordingly.

+ Develop strong collaboration interfaces with ACE Production Managers, AGU, BU, and WWOPs units.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
