Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Financial Services team in Tucson, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting compliance operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining essential processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in navigating licensing requirements, including the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry and state-specific mortgage regulations.

• Provide guidance to Marketing and Production teams by referencing advertising and marketing compliance matrices.

• Ensure settlement service agents are reviewed and approved before fund disbursement.

• Review foreclosure notices to determine necessary actions and ensure compliance.

• Process opt-out requests for marketing communications in adherence to regulatory policies.

• Support departmental processes, including consumer complaint management, examination coordination, and regulatory reporting.

• Maintain the department's policy and procedure library to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and assist in preparing responses to incidents and audits.

• Collaborate on vendor management and third-party oversight to maintain compliance standards.

• Provide administrative support for loan originator compensation and corporate governance processes. Requirements • High school diploma required; an associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of administrative or related work experience.

• Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred, with one to three years being ideal.

• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong skills in data entry, including numeric and computer-based tasks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office software.

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
