Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for residential homeowners regarding roofing projects Schedule and coordinate on-site visits to assess roofing needs and conditions Collect roof measurements, photographs, and other relevant data to support accurate estimating Import PDF roof drawings into On-Screen Takeoff software for project estimation Utilize DRC estimating templates to prepare detailed roofing estimates Create and send professional proposals to customers using Microsoft Word and email Track and follow up on all bids using the companys CRM system Secure signed contracts for approved bids and maintain accurate records Initiate job setup by creating project files upon contract approval Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Demonstrate and promote the core values of the company in all interactions Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and business needs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with homeowners, team members, and other stakeholders Strong Critical Thinking: Proactively identifies next steps, asks thoughtful questions, and takes initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrates ownership of challenges, follows through on solutions, and ensures clear communication with all involved parties Collaborative Team Player: Willing to contribute wherever needed, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude toward a variety of tasks
