Instructional Design Summer Intern

Job Duties:

+ Assist in conducting needs assessments and analyzing learning objectives.

+ Collaborate with the Educational Program Manager and subject matter experts to design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.

+ Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

+ Assist in the development of multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance learning materials.

+ Support the testing and evaluation of training materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with learning objectives.

+ Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing training materials and courses.

+ Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

Requirements:

+ Verifiable experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning development.

+ Fluency in instructional design software and authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, Canva).

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

+ Excellent communications skills
