**Summary**

The ERP Analyst provides comprehensive SAP and Ariba support, including functional, business, and technical assistance to configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade all Ariba modules and SAP MM module. This role is a strategic partner and business liaison in technology decisions, offering ongoing system support and developing integrated IT and business solutions.

**What You'll Do**

**Business Support and Consulting:**

+ Define and drive the adoption of standard processes in Ariba and SAP MM within Supply Chain.

+ Analyze complex, end-to-end business processes across all Supply Chain with a Procurement focus and SAP MM module.

+ Understand the current and future business environment to anticipate and meet business needs using an integrated approach.

+ Propose and influence IT solutions to complex business problems, negotiating requirements and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

+ Evaluate system customizations to help partners understand the risks and costs, advocating for standard functionalities to reduce future implementation and upgrade costs.

**Functional Analysis:**

+ Identify opportunities to automate and optimize Ariba, SAP MM.

+ Map business requirements to current ECC implementation and future SAP S4 capabilities.

+ Review design and technical specifications for alignment with business solutions.

+ Perform system configuration and conduct quality reviews and testing activities.

**What It Takes To Succeed**

**SAP:**

+ Familiarity with SAP tables and structure.

+ Experience with SAP GUI and documenting integrations.

+ Proficiency in SAP MM.

+ Experience with Hana and S4HANA ERP implementation and upgrades.

+ Understanding of SAP procurement processes and integration impacts with Ariba.

+ SAP certification strongly preferred.

**Ariba:**

+ Strong familiarity with Ariba Guided Sourcing and knowledge of the entire Ariba suite of modules.

+ Understanding of SAP procure to pay processes, including procurement, supplier management, material management, and invoicing.

+ Cloud solution administration and configuration.

+ Ariba certification strongly preferred.

**Other Technical Knowledge:**

+ High level knowledge of OpenText VIM.

+ Analytical skills including SAP SAC, Microsoft PowerBI, and Snowflake.

**Non-Technical Skills:**

+ Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical team members to resolve issues.

+ Effective written and spoken communication with all levels of individual contributors and leadership.

+ Project management experience with small to medium projects.

**Experience**

For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).

**Education**

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

**Hybrid Workplace**

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
