Job Description

+ Will be responsible for Project Planning and Initiation, Team Management, Resource Allocation, Project Execution and Monitoring, Change Management, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Reporting, Project Closure.

+ Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

+ Build and lead project teams, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are met. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

+ Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements. Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

+ Supervise all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations. Regularly communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.

+ Handle project changes and scope adjustments efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs. Document and communicate changes to relevant parties.

+ Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and safety. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulations .

+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management and clients.

+ Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance against project objectives and client expectations. Ensure all project deliverables are completed, and necessary documentation is provided to clients. Prepare and submit final project reports and invoices.

Qualifications

Must Have

+ 3+ years of experience within Mission Critical Data Centers with an Electrical Contracting Focus

+ Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems, Codes, and Regulations

+ Proficiency in project management software and tools

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

+ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards

Preferences:

+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field

+ PMP or relevant project management certification

+ Experience working with QTS, Aligned, Microsoft, Google, or Amazon data centers

+ Ability to travel or relocate. Will be training out of Phoenix location for 2-3 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00
