Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A mid-level Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired Cook candidate will have Hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. The restaurant Lunch Cook will have the ability to work all kitchen stations, make soups, and sauces per recipes. Must also be able to work the line along with Main Kitchen and Banquet Production.
Cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including lunch shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 yrs. Previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related Hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work Single station in the kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
