**The opportunity**

Delaware North Sportservice is hiringa full-timeCleaning Supervisor and Maintenance Worker to join our team at Phoenix Park n’ Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. This will be a hybrid role.As a Clean Up Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clean–up process of the facility. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be assisting the maintenance department with tasks, as needed.

**What will you do?**

Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and direct clean-up team members during and after operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

+ Oversee cleaning of selling lots, parking areas, bathrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are ready for daily operations and properly stocked with essentials

+ Coordinate and supervise clean-up efforts during inclement weather, such as rain or monsoons, ensuring team members areproperly scheduled and prepared

+ Communicate with managementregardingclean-up operations, potential hazards, andassistwith routine maintenance projects

+ Conduct employee counsellings as needed, create schedules, and activelyparticipatein hands-on clean-up tasks alongside the team

+ Operate a company vehicle including electric carts, forklifts and sweeper trucks.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

+ Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall as needed.

+ Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.

+ Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.

+ Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.

+ Lawn maintenance including mowing, removing weeds and brush, etc.

+ Assists with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies.

**More about you**

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ Five years of experience doing basic maintenance required

+ Must be able to work Wednesdays from 4pm – 2am, Saturday and Sunday from 8am – 8pm.Friday (optioinal) shift available from 10am-2pm but is not a requirement.

+ Must have a valid driver’s license

+ Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred

+ Must be licensed to operate forklift

+ Excellent customer service, communication, leadership, team building and organizational skills

+ Basic skills with plumbing, painting, landscaping and general repair

**Physical requirements**

+ Must be able to safely operate gas and electric carts/vehicles

+ Bending, stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Standing and walking for majority of shift

+ Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
