**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant/Apparel Program Manager with our National Advice & Acquisition Group as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking. This individual will be responsible for managing our national program of branded apparel for our more than 38,000 branch associates and managers. This is a role essential to enhancing the Wells Fargo branch employee experience and culture, requiring a strong employee-focused leadership style.

**In this role, you will:**
+ Work with senior field leadership, marketing and branding teams, field management, sourcing partners and our approved national apparel vendor to manage a cost-effective and employee-focused program.
+ Manage the apparel budget, approve inventory levels, partner with approved vendors and the brand team to select designs and collections.
+ Analyze and report on employee feedback, manage support resources and identify tech and program enhancements.
+ Partner with the communication team to develop communications for launches, new collections, and policy updates
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
+ Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of program management experience using skills in both creative execution and financial management.
+ Experience in areas such as apparel management, retail inventory management or sourcing.
+ Proven ability to make complex financial evaluations and decisions involving a multi-million dollar spend, inventory levels, customer demand and product purchasing.
+ Experience evaluating creative concepts, design, color and silhouettes and making discretionary buying decisions in large volume.
+ Ability to predict employee preferences in professional apparel based on both data and employee feedback.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple program elements including issue and complaint resolution, management requests, promotional programs, catalog and website development, dress code policies and budget analyses.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present, persuade and defend confidently with senior leaders both internally and with external partners.
+ Ability to manage in a fast-paced, fast turnaround environment and be responsive and flexible with both management and employees.
+ Strong project management experience

**Pay Range:**
+ Minneapolis, Minnesota: $87,000-$188,900 annual base salary
+ New York City, New York: $ 96,600- $206,100 annual base salary
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
