The Engineering Support Specialist I – Data Management will be part of an engineering team that is defining the future of Honeywell Aerospace products. You will work closely with engineering leadership on managing data collection and processing of contractual deliverables to our customers. You will help coordinate project planning and scheduling, act as a liaison between engineering groups, and provide data reporting for both internal and external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Manage the delivery of Contract & Subcontract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs/SDRLs) as defined in formal Statement of Work (SOW)

•Assists in the preparation and submittal of data packages for a variety of customers, ensuring proper information and data management practices are followed

•Deliver strong analytical skills, commitment for accuracy, ability to work with others within a team environment and maintain amicable relations with internal customers

•Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and review data management activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies and procedures

•Understands established company procedures and best practices and executes to meet program objectives

•Manages workflow for data management of assigned projects and makes suggestions for improvement of processes

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma

• 1+ years of experience in Product Data Management or business systems and processes

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe Acrobat

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution within a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics

• Ability to drive compliance to contractual requirements

• Teamcenter experience

• Focus on driving data integrity to ensure

• Ability to work and collaborate in global cross functional environment

• Experience in DM and Configuration Management (CM) is highly valued

• Strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
