**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines such as Press Brake, laser router, shear, stamp, and saw to produce precision parts and components.

+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

**Essential Skills**

Qualification Requirement:
5+ years’ experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Advanced level experience with measuring tools and ANSI y14.5.
Experience with root cause analysis / fault tree.
Experience with ERP Manufacturing software – Oracle E-Suite is preferable but not required.

As part of our machinist group, you will perform a variety of functions related to the operation of our SMT production line including stencil print, SMT equipment setup and teardown, reflow and inline inspection. Demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written, will help you excel in this critical role.
This position is 2nd shift, work hours are on a 9/80 schedule, 2:30pm-12:00am, M-Th, and 2:30-11:00pm every other Friday.
You will be responsible for:
+ Moderately complex surface mount manufacturing processes utilizing both automated equipment and hand assembly.
+ Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly, per documented work instructions.
+ Interpreting job routers, written instructions and drawings.
+ Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.
+ Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
Required Qualifications:
+ Typically 3+ years of electronics assembly
+ Must be able to read and follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics units at the circuit card and product level
