    **Primary Responsibilities:**

    + Provides General Maintenance coverage for approximately 116,800 sf of facilities space, including office, warehouse, industrial and security-controlled areas, and approximately 32 acres of grounds.

    + Performs general maintenance, repair, and minor modifications of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
