    The **Health & Wellness Service Manager** for Group Medicare Advantage (MA) plans will serve as a hands-on trusted advisor to **UnitedHealthcare** Retiree Solutions MA customers. The Health & Wellness Service Manager assures representation of the customer to UnitedHealthcare and develops, manages and coordinates health and wellness activities in support of the group MA Clinical Value story. This position will develop communications and marketing strategies in collaboration with the customer, their designated wellness champions and/or wellness committees as well as the URS account management team, solutions and analytic team and will closely work with the URS clinical leadership and market medical directors. This position will focus on supporting customers on all programs embedded in the Group Medicare Advantage plan or any supplemental benefits and services.

    This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm) CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

    **Primary Responsibilities:**

    + Facilitate identification and/or development of customer health and wellness goals, assessment of current programs and develop customer specific, data driven, long term strategic health and wellness programs/action plans with focus on results

    + Prepare documents and present at wellness strategy meetings with the customer, internal business partners and external business partners

    + Develop in partnership with customer and UnitedHealthcare multi-disciplinary teams targeted campaigns with the goal of promoting health ownership and increasing engagement in programs

    + Stay abreast of current health promotion, disease prevention and community development trends for proper delivery

    + Develop and maintain market-based health and wellness tools and programs that are “turnkey” for sales and account management to implement with customers

    + Thoroughly research, identify and promote community and other resources and activities that align with the customer’s needs

    + Collaborate with clinical leaders across UnitedHealth Group to ensure wellness and clinical services meet the needs of URS group MA customers, especially in reducing medical costs and increasing value to those customers

    + Formally participates in presentations and explanations of URS health and wellness programs to current and prospective customers. Produces effective presentations by tailoring to the audience

    + Work with the data analytics team to perform data analysis and interpretation of customer specific information to support customer health and wellness presentations and the sales process around clinical programs
