    WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    The Warranty Warehouse & Dispatch Manager is responsible for all facets of maintaining and operating our warranty parts warehouse in the local market as well as acts a warranty call dispatcher for the immediate area surrounding the warehouse location. Works in partnership with the local Territory Service Manager and Sales Manager to deliver a high level of customer service to our customers within the local market. Additionally, you will:

    + Daily operation & organization of our warranty parts warehouse

    + Responsible for ordering and maintaining accurate inventory of products in the warranty parts warehouse.

    + Responsible for receiving all inbound deliveries

    + Dispatch of warranty service calls to local warranty centers for repair

    + Maintain accurate log of dispatched calls and proactively communicate to the parties involved daily to maintain a high level of customer service.

    + Communicate daily with local Service Manager & sales reps to ensure customers are being addressed

    + Proactively alert Service Manager of any gaps in warranty coverage so that they can look for and fill those coverage gaps in the territory

    + Ship warranty parts as needed to other service and sales team members to help take care of urgent customer needs

    + Manage all claims and whole good orders within Fluidra Warranty Claims Processing System for the local market

    + Responsible for maintaining supplies needed to host training classes on the warehouse premises

    + Lead by example, exhibiting professional behaviors and strict adherence to all company policies

    + Identify slow moving or obsolete products so we can replace with more critical stock

    HomeSafe Alliance is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Dispatcher to supervise the dispatching of vehicles and coordinate complex logistics for over 300,000 annual Military Household Goods moves. The Lead Dispatcher will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing the dispatch team, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and safety standards. This position works closely with the Dispatch Manager, who handles higher-level concerns and long-term strategic planning.

    **Responsibilities/Duties** :

    + Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    + Develop and implement dispatch strategies to optimize resources, meet operational deadlines, and ensure service excellence.

    + Serve as the primary point of escalation for dispatch-related challenges within the dispatch team, troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time.

    + Ensure that dispatch schedules are adhered to, proactively managing any deviations or delays.

    + Collaborate with other departments such as warehouse management, safety compliance, and customer service to streamline dispatch operations.

    **Qualification and Skill Requirements** :

    + High school diploma, or GED required. Preferred undergraduate degree in a related field.

    + Three years’ experience Dispatching or customer service in transportation industry, or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

    • Responsible for answering and entering emergency calls while simultaneously dispatching for and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels with moderate to high volume radio traffic
