Play a key role in helping your store and your customer win.

+ Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively

+ Ask open ended questions to build relationships and understand customers copy print needs

+ Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution

+ Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area utilizing the copy machines and PC rentals

+ Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads

+ Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping, etc.)

Essential skills and experience:

**About the Role:**

The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from campus planning/basis of design stage through issuance of construction drawings. This includes building matrixed design teams from Google’s internal design and external design services partners/providers, facilitating the creation of a shared plan for the execution, and oversight of construction administration services provided by the external design team in support of construction activities. **Purpose**

The Substation Designer supports the development of electrical substations by preparing design drawings and technical documentation for high-voltage power delivery projects. Working under the direction of engineers and project managers, the Designer plays a critical role in ensuring constructible and code-compliant substation layouts. **Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Direction**

+ Take ownership of assigned drafting tasks from concept through final design.

+ Maintain drawing standards and support junior drafters with best practices

**At the Operational and Company Level**

+ Collaborate with electrical engineers, civil/structural teams, and project managers to develop substation physical layouts, grounding, and conduit plans.

+ Ensure design documents comply with client standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes.

+ Maintain organized drawing sets and records in accordance with Bowman and client procedures.

**Do the Work**

+ Prepare detailed physical layout drawings for substation equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, busywork, steel structures).

+ Draft grounding, conduit, lighting, fencing, and control house plans using AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other industry-standard software.

+ Revise drawings based on redlines or design updates from the engineering team.

+ Support bill of materials (BOM) creation, as-built drawing packages, and drawing transmittals.

**Focus:**

We seek a Senior Product Designer for our foundational real-time processing technologies. The candidate must possess a rare combination of creativity and structure. **Organizational Context:**

This role will report to an engineering director and be part of a multi-discipline engineering team. The team is responsible for building, owning, and maintaining the real-time processing technologies. The role will provide the glue that binds platform users, engineers, product managers, and leaders together.

**Responsibilities:**

**Leadership**

+ Mentor engineers to focus on delivering business value through functionality for platform users.

+ Build and conduct presentations to various partners and various levels regarding the platform.

+ Help drive the strategy for positioning of the platform and marketing its capabilities.

**Creative**

+ Shape storytelling and marketing to represent the platform

+ Create artwork and animation for presentations, the web site, etc.

**Customer Service**

+ Engage with customers and prospects to develop partnerships and relationships with engineers, product owners, and their leaders.

+ Participate in the onboarding process for the engineering side to craft the experience for the platform.

**Solution Delivery**

+ Assist in driving, documenting, and validating the requirements and capabilities.

**Administration**

+ Partner to define, refine, and coordinate processes to enable solution delivery and compliance with company standards.

+ Track and report various metrics related to customers and the platform.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field, or relevant work experience.

+ Understand people behaviors, influencing, and negotiation.

+ Skilled in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier Pro.

+ Experienced in managing teams.

+ Knowledge of real-time processing and a scaled agile framework is a plus.

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
