    The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for:

    + Providing Life Cycle Logistics and ILS support for all Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy.

    + Reviewing HM&E ILS drawings and adding logistics data to Availability Baseline Reports (ABRs)

    + Updating and developing ILS Certifications in Navy Data Environment.

    + Updating and developing COP files / Change Notices in CDMD-OA and MBPS.

    + Researching navy part numbers, NSNs, and APLs.

    + Assisting in the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for all HM&E Systems and Equipment.

    + Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools.

    + Analyze data and apply appropriate project management methodology to develop recommendations for process improvements.

    + Two (2) years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of procurement, engineering, finance, operations, quality, and/or project management.

    + Six Sigma certification **preferred.**

    + Demonstrated experience in project management, materials management, operations management, warehousing management systems experience a **plus.**

    + Appropriate technical certification (CQM, CPM, CPIM, PMP) **preferred.**

    **Position Responsibilities**

    + Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements

    + Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.

    + Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.

    + Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
