This position will serve as a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. They will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. The developer will be expected to move between projects as priorities change. **Essential Job Functions**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent

+ 5+ years as a hands on leader managing distributed teams

+ Working knowledge of multiple languages, software development environment, and software development life-cycle procedures including but not limited to: C#,.Net, .Net Core, Python, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, VUE, React)

+ Working experience with Software development frameworks, API Integrations, , Structured and unstructured databases

+ Experience developing cloud-native apps or migrating apps to the cloud, preferably AWS.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. The Senior Process Engineer will be part of an engineering team providing engineering services and/or field support. Client liaison and maintaining the focus of the project on achieving unprecedented and sustained business results for the client is a large part of the work.

The role will require the engineer to retain a high-level understanding of the project with respect to the environmental, community, business and financial aspects to guide the client and Project Manager’s decisions related to achieving the process objectives of the project.

The role will require the engineer to oversee, guide and develop solutions in all areas of the process plant across various systems, unit operations and process equipment. Specific tasks may include the development of process engineering deliverables; solutions to infield problems; and involvement in the execution and commissioning of these solutions.

The Senior Process Engineer may be required to act as Lead Process Engineer, on specific assignments, responsible for coordinating the process engineering team, oversee and guide the development of process engineering deliverables ensuring they meet the project’s scope, are delivered on schedule and budget, and meet Hatch’s quality standards. Experience in Concentrator design for various commodities is preferable, such as Gold, Lithium, Nickel, Copper, PGM’s, Copper, Lead, Zinc, Mineral Sands amongst others.

+ Perform process engineering tasks on Minerals Processing projects, in a variety of commodities

+ When requested, act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies

+ Develop new criteria/calculations where required, maintaining high levels of accuracy. Provide frequent training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues

+ Prepare new drums and totes for filling, including labeling.

+ Fill and package drums and totes.

+ Sample and test production material.

+ Charging and monitoring process tanks.
