**JOB SUMMARY**

This job takes the lead in providing more complex application development services typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. Developers analyze, design, code, test and implement more complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to Highmark IT standards and policies. Developers provide general support to maintain more complex applications that meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by their customers. May mentor less experienced team members.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets with minimal or no defects.

+ Utilizes and participates in the more complex full system development life cycle, per current Highmark SDLC standards.

+ Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs.

+ Takes a lead role in providing required technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary.

+ Performs work in compliance with all Highmark and Highmark IT standards, policies and procedures.

+ Actively takes a leading role and participates on project teams in various project roles, including, but not limited to, Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager, based upon level of experience.

+ Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.

This position will be responsible for the gathering and auditing of medical records from contacted medical providers. Analyze, track, and report results. Recommend, develop, educate and implement quality improvement plans with providers and follow up as necessary.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Review and audit Medicaid (AHCCCS) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) providers and medical records regarding AHCCCS AMPM requirements around EVV

+ Review, audit and evaluate documentation of medical records

+ Review/interpret medical records/data to determine whether there is documentation reflected accurately in medical record

+ Follow relevant regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures in reviewing clinical documentation

+ Prioritize providers for medical chart review according to collaboration with other Health Plans

+ Identify incomplete/inconsistent information in medical records and label missing measures/metrics/concerns

+ Review relevant tool specifications to guide chart review

+ Review/interpret/summarize medical records/data to address any quality of care questions

+ Verify necessary documentation is included in medical records

+ Maintain HIPAA requirements for sharing minimum necessary information

+ Based on review of clinical data/documentation, identify potential quality of care issues (e.g., variations from standard practice potentially resulting in adverse outcomes) and potential fraud/waste/abuse

Position Summary: The Project Engineer assists the Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Project Manager in achieving project goals. This will be accomplished by adherence to safety, quality, performance, and project controls standards. Project types include both the civil and electrical scopes of substation, distribution, transmission, and battery storage projects.

Essential Functions:

Duties vary by project, typically include:

+ Take all necessary actions to comply with all laws and regulations at assigned site.

+ Maintain the construction schedule, provide performance-based financials (budget vs. actual).

+ Provide appropriate communication with the client in accordance with client driven processes.

+ Ensure that the crew safety audit program is implemented according to established policy.

+ Assist in the establishment of Project Management programs to maximize Safety, Quality, and Productivity on the work site.

+ Produce and coordinate required information associated with construction projects, including but not limited to review and submission of time and material sheets, payroll inputs, tools and materials tracking and documentation, processing A/P invoices, creating RFIs, creating Submittals, creating 3-week lookahead schedules.

+ Assisting with the job site reporting function (i.e. daily required reports, safety, Environmental, etc.).

+ Filling system set-up and maintenance, establishing/maintaining/monitoring document control logs, i.e. RFI’s, submittals, contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings).

+ Producing and logging project photographic records.

+ Assisting in preparation of labor reports and cost reports.

+ Coordinating and assisting with information distribution to subcontractors and own forces.

+ Producing and completing quality assurance and quality control checklists to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ BA/BS degree in Construction Management or a related field and 0-4 years of prior relevant experience desired, preferably with a self-performing contractor.

OR

+ If no relevant degree, 4 years of experience in construction with at least 2 of those years spent in a Field Engineer or Project Engineer role. This experience needs to be with a self-performing civil or electrical contractor.

+ Self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and a strong ability to follow up and close out tasks.

+ Strong written, presentational, influencing and communication skills.

+ Ability to read and understand construction drawings and communicate their requirements to field personnel.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Description**

Burns & McDonnell’s Southwest Region is seeking to hire a Senior Process Engineer with mining experience in our Phoenix, AZ office! The Senior Process Engineer will work on project teams to create world class designs for greenfield, retrofit and upgrade projects in the mining industry. Burns & McDonnell’s market diversity will offer opportunities to support projects for other industrial sectors such as power, water & wastewater treatment, and decarbonization (i.e. green hydrogen production and utilization, carbon capture, and more). As a Senior Process Engineer, you will partner with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting process plans according to budget constraints, design factors or client needs. The idea candidate will act as a seller/doer who will visit perspective clients and assist in the development of proposals to secure new projects.

Responsibilities to include:

+ Perform process design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion. Modify and review production drawings for process related activities on the mine site including but not limited to: crushing and milling, lime production, calcination, autoclaves, roasters, floatation, SX/EW, CIL, heap leach, effluent treatment plants, cyanide destruction, tails thickening and handling.

+ Design process components for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers. Apply strong knowledge of commonly used process engineering/design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within the process engineering services industry.

+ Research and compile project related data as required by the project managers.

+ Update drawings provided by senior engineers to verify corrections are made within multiple CAD related software.

+ Compiles information for client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration for the design of mining process facilities.

+ Performs field inspections, measurements, or calculations clients.

+ All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program. Or Bachelor of Science in Chemical or related Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. Masters degree in Chemical Engineering may substitute for 1 year of experience.

+ 7 years of mineral process engineering experience.

+ PE registration or the ability to obtain registration within 1 year preferred.

+ Strong knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures.

CMM/Metrology Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CMM/Metrology Engineering Technician to ensure that the goods produced meet specific quality standards. This role involves working on semiconductor tools, such as ALD, CVD, PECVD, Epi, and Etch, and utilizing a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to measure an object's geometry with high accuracy. Responsibilities

+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to create jigs and fixtures for semiconductor restoration.

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in composite aircraft assembly. The primary task will be to help establish the manufacturing process flow and documentation for the fabrication and installation of avionics components, setting up production line operations for the Production Team. Purpose of this position: The Project Engineer/ Estimator supports sales activities in commercial, data center, and other critical markets. Assists the sales team with site visits, design, sales engineering, takeoffs, bills of material, estimates, and proposal formation.
