Utilize your skills to:

+ Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.

+ Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.

+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.

+ Welding.

+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.

+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school graduate preferred.

Job Qualifications:

**What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Specialist like? You will:**

+ You will **monitor the flow of semiconductor wafers** as they transition through multiple tools and procedures in the manufacturing process.

+ You will **interact directly with tool owners and floor personnel** through telephone, email and Teams communications.

+ **MFG daily work is 80% in office-based position, 20% on the manufacturing floor.**

+ Monitor several manufacturing processes, over several departments at once.

+ **Monitoring process/metrology** tool status, online, and offline measurement date trend chart (SPC), and handing abnormal lot by SOP.

+ You will **ensure tool and wafer quality** under allowance action and align with PE/EE/MFG for tool action plan.

+ **Watching for alarms** , any issues that come up with the tools – anything that might interrupt the process, escalate issues.

+ Learn 20-25 manufacturing systems that control wafer movement in production setting.

As an Electronic Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1+ Years experience in electronics and troubleshooting component level

Achieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. Key Responsibilities

+ Participate in on-site walk-throughs, formal commissioning, and customer demonstration/training on projects.

+ Provide onsite and offsite technical support during installation, start-up, commissioning, and turnover process. Complete programming and commissioning process

+ Oversee and/or assist with installation of controls systems to control Boilers, Chillers, Process Water Systems, RTUs, Air Handlers, etc

+ Can program more than one system Tridium, Niagara N4, Integrate 3rd party systems such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus on chillers, boilers, VFDs, generators, rooftop units (RTU), VRF, FAS, etc

+ Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer

+ Develop and program graphical displays to monitor and adjust mechanical systems operations (EBI Front End Command Control Interface)

+ Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches

+ Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of the customers (may need to possess certifications)

+ Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations

+ Proper use of safety personal protection equipment

+ Security and other clearances as required by customer

+ Assist with design, estimating, and installation of various building automation systems

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems Programming & Commissioning

+ Demonstrate proficiency or possess certifications required for system specific work.

+ Ability to work independently 75% of the time

+ Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays

+ Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
