**What you'll do:**
+ Independently uses Digital or Technology research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to find opportunities, propose solutions, create and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance.
+ Translates Digital or Technology product and experience opportunities (customer “needs” and “wants” as well as all other input forms into problems, gaps, etc.) into initiatives (i.e., requirements, epics, features) and drives execution strategy.
+ Shepherds complex Digital or Technology product and experience opportunities from idea to market validation through collaboration with all relevant partners and SMEs (Business, UX, Technology, Ops, Marketing, etc.).
+ Leads the development of Business Case artifacts and hypotheses for scoping and prioritization of efforts.
+ Continuously uses advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques and analytical rigor to understand and report on product and experience performance against KPIs/KRIs.
+ Generates meaningful insights through a variety of tools and resources to uncover areas of opportunity to inform Digital or Technology product and experience improvements.
+ Leads cross-functional product teams and relationships to discover and build new Digital or Technology products, experiences, and features by collaborating with partners and organizational leaders to coordinate product development efforts aligned with strategic priorities.
+ Prepares compelling presentations, and other forms of communication standards and templates, to present and communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership.
+ Conducts internal and external research and conducts situational analysis to identify and apply industry best practices and trends to increase effectiveness of Digital or Technology products.
+ Begins to bring in “big picture” thinking and seeks to drive clarity among team and partners.
+ Maintains and applies advanced knowledge of the Business, Technology, UX, and relevant experiences and processes, and an academic understanding of Product Management.
+ Serves as a resource to team members and assists with on-boarding new employees.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
This position is within the **GRC Platform and Capabilities team** within Global Risk and Compliance Line of Business. The Product Owner position will assist in providing day to day strategic support and function as the primary point of contact owning the vision and roadmap of technology products and platforms for the Global Risk and Compliance organization. Particular focus would be on new product development, risk management initiatives, process control and improvement and end user experience. This is a highly visible and strategic position within the company.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own User Stories end-to-end.
+ Collaborate with both business partners and technology partners
+ Collaborate with technology partners in defining design and detailed work plans
+ Be a storyteller and clearly articulate the why, what, and how of the product or feature
+ Maintain an active product backlog that closely aligns with the strategy and roadmap
+ Work closely with the technology team to develop, test and deliver the defined user stories for the platform features and demo/prototyping in a rapidly iterative development cycle.
+ Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch to evaluate future investment.
+ Identify opportunities to test, learn, evaluate results and recommend next steps
+ Support and implement agile principles.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3 years of Product Ownership experience driving product development in an iterative approach
+ A good balance of Financial Crimes business acumen and technical knowledge and a track record of achieving key business results
+ Must have the ability to “connect the dots” between different requirements of different stakeholders
+ An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe principles
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others through partnerships
+ Must possess a growth mindset and creative thinking skills
+ Have intellectual curiosity and be a quick learner
+ Build empathy with customers and end users knowing that the impacts of their work can be felt across multiple entities
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
