Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
+ Troubleshoots equipment problems
+ Maintains records and reports as required

**Salary Range:** $95,300 - $142,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects.
We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the cloud datacenters that power the world’s largest online services. In this role you will provide both coordination and technical support the project managers within your region aligning priorities with the EPC functions while supporting the team to overcome obstacles.

**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and support fast-track project execution using a matrixed team of dedicated and functional team members, lead communication between EPC projects and report status updates to EPC leadership.
+ Drive resolution of project challenges and foster collaboration to ensure project success and assign responsibilities, track performance, and deliver feedback to meet program and project goals.
+ Scope projects, conduct feasibility studies, and report findings to propose solutions and coordinate architects, engineers, and designers to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Collaborate with on-site operations teams for feasibility and gap analysis on data center space upgrades or conversions and oversee implementation, ensuring compliance with defined execution processes.
+ Analyze industry best practices and internal processes to recommend changes that deliver cost savings, enhanced service, or improved asset management and proactively share relevant information and lead adjustments in plans or priorities to adapt to changing circumstances.
+ Manage project scope changes and adjust overall plans accordingly and identify risks, establish mitigation strategies, and communicate goals through dashboards or scorecards to executive leadership.
+ Build productive relationships with implementation partners, internal teams, and regional leadership and align project goals with corporate vision by coordinating with teams such as Security, IT, Legal, and Operations.
+ Guide teams to update and refine the Basis of Design (BOD) as necessary.
+ Develop and manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and implement project controls for expenditures, service requests, change orders, and pay applications.
+ Identify cost-effective solutions, streamline processes, and reduce cycle times while maintaining quality.
+ Take ownership of EPC project delivery, identifying and resolving issues while driving complex initiatives.

**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Additional OR Preferred qualifications**
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
